SwingGift simplifies the management and follow-up of marketing campaigns for Unilever Foodsolutions

Problem immediately solved
Unilever Foodsolutions has been experimenting for years with different campaigns and promotions. But experimenting implies risks. Beni Van Dam, Channel Marketing Manager at Unilever Foodsolutions: “During a campaign at the end of 2008 we found ourselves with problems delivering gifts. As compensation we sent the client a code by e-mail that entitled them to choose a SwingGift gift voucher. The problem was solved immediately. And so we decided to continue working with SwingGift.”
Culinary gift vouchers
During a later campaign Unilever Foodsolutions chose the gift vouchers for its clients itself. “A gift voucher is something tangible for clients. But they also wanted gift vouchers with a special culinary aspect. A wine voucher is better suited to our business than a voucher for clothing.”

This experience was also very well received. Beni Van Dam: “Ordering vouchers, managing and following up campaigns, everything went very smoothly.
